Problem

I want to execute manually incremental backup.

Solution

In order to do incremental backup You need to assign a VM to the policy with incremental schedule. Creating of schedules and policies is described in vProtect documentation:

Once You have the policy assigned, please go to Virtual Environments → Instances and select VM You wish to backup. In right corner click “Backup” button

Next, from “Select Backup Type” dropdown list select “Incremental

Open

Click the “Backup button”. If there weren’t previously incremental policy attached to that VM, vProtect will perform Full Backup first. After that, You need to repeat backup task to do an Incremental Backup.
