Problem
After adding a new Nutanix Files server to the vProtect platform, the Storage Provider inventory is completed successfully, but there is an error when trying to backup a network share.
An example of the entered user: domain\vpr
Backup error:
CmdExecException: Command execution failed: [sudo, /usr/bin/mount, -t, cifs, -o,
username=domain\vpr,password=TestP@ssword, //ntxshare01.domain.local/shr02/.snapshot/vprotect-

We have noticed a problem in version 4.x of the Nutanix Files server.
Solution
This issue has been fixed in vProtect version 4.3.0-53. It is recommended to upgrade.
Currently, it is possible to enter the username in the form: "user@domain" and "domain\user".
