Problem

Despite the correct settings, the scheduled daily report is not sent by e-mail. Sending a test email from the Storware Backup & Recovery UI works fine.

At the time when an email with a report should be sent, the following error is visible in the logs:

Solution

This issue has been fixed in the vprotect-server-5.2.0-30 packages. Please update the software to this or a newer version.
