KB10007 Manual incremental backup does not work

Problem

Full backup's completes successfull, but when is started incremental backup it end with error:

vprotect_daemon.log.0
ExternalAPIException: Snapshot ID for incremental backups was not found in the DB
eu.storware.vprotect.engine.task.ExportTask.verifyAndGetSnapshot(ExportTask.java:206)


Solution

Incremental backup require:

  • Scheduler with backup type incremental
  • VM assigned to group, with incremental scheduler
